Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Welrz in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you're creating an account on behalf of a driving school or business, you confirm you have the authority to accept these terms for that organization, and "you" refers to that organization as well as you personally.

2. What Welrz Is

Welrz is a management platform for driving schools, covering client and student records, instructor/captain scheduling, vehicle management, lecture and attendance tracking, payments and fines, payroll, shift and expense tracking, financial reports, and public client- and school-facing pages. We may add, change, or remove individual features over time as the product evolves; we'll do our best not to remove something you depend on without notice.

3. Accounts & Access

• You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep it up to date.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, including actions taken by assistant accounts you create.
• You must notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or go unpaid past the grace period described below.

4. Subscription & Payment

• Free Trial: 14 days, full feature access, no payment required to start.
• Monthly Plan: 1,499 EGP/month, billed monthly.
• Annual Plan: 16,188 EGP/year (a 10% discount versus paying monthly for 12 months).
• Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
• Prices are quoted in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal; changes won't apply retroactively to a period you've already paid for.
• If a payment fails or your subscription lapses, we'll give you a reasonable grace period to update payment details before restricting access — we won't delete your data for a late payment alone.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting support; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. Amounts already paid for the current period are non-refundable except where required by law or where we've made an error in billing you.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Welrz for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Attempt to access another school's data, bypass access controls, or probe/scan our systems for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
• Upload malicious code, or use the platform to send spam or unsolicited messages to clients or captains outside of the app's intended notification features.
• Resell or sublicense access to Welrz without our written agreement.

7. Your Data

You own the data you enter into Welrz — your clients, captains, cars, bookings, financial records, and everything else. We use it only to provide and improve the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't sell your data or your clients' data to third parties. If you cancel your account, you can request an export of your data before it's deleted from our systems.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep Welrz available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access — scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (hosting, database, or payment providers), or unforeseen issues can affect availability. We'll communicate significant planned downtime in advance where possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

Welrz is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as lost profits or lost data) arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll notify you by email or an in-app notice before it takes effect. Continuing to use Welrz after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
